Advance Payments

Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled before any work has begun, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.

After Project Start

If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for payment for all completed work, hours spent, and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

Milestone Payments

For projects completed in stages or milestones:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Future unpaid milestones may be canceled without additional charges.

Delays Caused by the Client

Refunds will not be provided for project delays resulting from:

  • Failure to provide required information or content.
  • Delayed approvals or feedback.
  • Changes in project scope after development has started.

Service Dissatisfaction

No Guarantee of App Store Approval

We cannot guarantee approval of any application submitted to app marketplaces such as:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play

Refunds will not be issued due to rejection by app stores when the application complies with the approved project scope.

Maintenance and Support Services

Fees paid for maintenance plans, support subscriptions, consulting, or completed technical services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will work in good faith to resolve billing concerns promptly.
